The Challenge

The existing control system suffered from several functional issues in the PLC program, database architecture, and several applications that were developed in a mixture of Visual Basic 4, 5, and 6.

The Solution

Our staff has addressed most major issues, and is continuing to improve the usefulness of the system, through a delicate combination of software upgrades, program modifications, and wholesale replacement of some components.  In addition, we were able to work around the customer's schedule to enable them to continue normal production without encountering any additional downtime.
