The Challenge

Our firm was contracted to provide design services for the upgrade of a liquid manufacturing process for a local pharmaceutical manufacturer.  The control system interfaced between the process and the plant DCS.

The Solution

Our engineers were responsible for designing a control panel to interface to the plant DCS.  We provided design and fabricate the control panel in our UL508 Panel Shop.  The system included an Emerson Delta-V controller with associated I/O.  Our firm was tasked with creating the record P&ID's for this project.
