The Challenge

Replace hydraulic and pneumatically controlled filter consoles with electrically controlled PLC consoles while maintaining nostalgic look. Incorporate new PLC systems with existing Quantum PLC's and Intellutions Fix graphics system.

The Solution

Built 4 new marble consoles and 6 replacement marble tops for existing marble consoles.  Replaced 10 custom metal hoods for mounting new local operator stations.  Each of the 10 consoles contained a Modicon Momentum Ethernet PLC.  Two more Modicon Momentum Ethernet PLC's for plant functions.  These 12 PLC's along with the plants existing Quantum PLC's were integrated on two new computer stations using Intellutions Fix graphics system.
