The Challenge

Integrating 25 plus water towers, booster stations, well pumps, and Water Treatment Plant functions via radio and computer SCADA system

The Solution

Implented Allen Bradley PLCs at all sites.  MicroLogix as RTUs at Tanks. SLC 500s at Booster stations well pumps, and redundant PLC 5s at Plant.  Two licensed radio frequencies were used.  One to gather data at main booster station and the other for communication between booster station and plant.
